Can I post a job on your site?

No, we post all jobs from employers we are contracted with.

Do you offer full time work?

This depends on what the client’s needs are. We have placed people into permanent jobs. We have also placed people in temp to perm jobs, or ongoing casual employment.

Is all the work you offer at minimum wages?

Definitely not. It depends on the role that you will fill.

When I get placed by TRC, who is my employer?

TRC will be your employer until such time that the client request to take you over as one of their own employees. During this period, TRC will be looking after your wages, Kiwisaver contributions and your Health and Safety in the workplace.

What kind of jobs are available?

All kinds. We mainly have manufacturing jobs available, but have placed staff over several industries. We try to look at the skills of the candidates and then help them find work that suits them.

Where are you located

We have offices in Hastings, Christchurch and Nelson. Check our Branch Locations page for maps and other contact information. We are hoping to expand into other cities soon!

What if I don’t have a resume or CV?

You can register with us and you’ll be given a chance to fill in the last three positions you’ve held when you come in to see us. If you want to create a resume/CV, there are templates in Microsoft Word and many online sites that can help you.

No, we post all jobs from employers we are contracted with.

Is your site safe?

Yes! We run SSL on all of our pages, so you can rest assured that all information is fully encrypted. We will never ask you for payment in person or through email. If you believe you were contacted asking for this information, please let us know. In addition, we don’t sell or give your personal information to anyone with the exception of a potential employer who wishes to hire you.

How do I opt out of receiving jobs?

By sending us an email, text or letting us know in person.
